Our metal-free laboratory systems are specifically designed for critical applications such as trace analysis and semiconductor processes. They offer the highest level of purity through laminar airflow (cleanroom class 3), intelligent air management, and corrosion-resistant materials. Thanks to their modular design, all components can be individually customized. Cleaning and maintenance are particularly convenient – ideal for precise, safe, and efficient workflows.

Our metal-free wet bench features a modular design, allowing it to be precisely tailored to your processes. Product and user protection are our top priorities. Product protection is ensured by clean, particle-free working areas (cleanroom class 3 or better), while user protection is guaranteed through front-sash-controlled airflow.

The MK Versuchsanlagen vertical workstation is a modular, metal-free unit designed for contamination-free sample preparation, such as in trace analysis. The head module provides filtered, laminar airflow; the middle module offers a customizable work surface with a front sash; the base module includes flexible storage. The PLC-controlled airflow complies with DIN EN 14175, with exhaust air directed either through scrubbers or directly into the system depending on the chemicals used.

The MK horizontal workstation is a modular, metal-free system for contamination-free sample processing. A PLC controls airflow, filter load, temperature, and pressure. Horizontal laminar flow ensures clean conditions. Optional: media connections, heating plates, air scrubbers, ultrapure water systems. ISO 3 compliant.

The MK Versuchsanlagen vertical combination station is a metal-free, modular solution for contamination-free sample preparation. The head module provides a regulated ventilation system with filtered laminar airflow; the middle module features an adjustable work surface with a front sash; the base module includes flexible storage. Supply air is directed into both work areas via fans or the central ventilation system with terminal filters. Vertical laminar flow is achieved using replaceable monofilament fabric, while air extraction is separated through a perforated floor. The system meets DIN EN 14175 standards, with exhaust air managed through scrubbers or direct discharge, depending on the chemicals used.

he system features comprehensive equipment including an individually adjustable front sash, PLC control, light grid, temperature and pressure monitoring, and signal LED. Optional components include a pass-through, integrated PC, filling stations, underfloor rinsing, ultrasonic basin, exhaust scrubber, and remote maintenance.
